This section is intended for viewing information about the material assets of the State Material Reserve, as well as informational notices on auctions for their sale, published on the web portal of the State Property Register in accordance with the Rules for the Release of Material Assets from the State Material Reserve for Renewal and De-reservation, approved by the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 17, 2014 No. 1108.

Access to the Service is provided to:

The Seller (employees of a structural subdivision of the authorized body in the field of the State Material Reserve), provided they have an electronic digital signature issued by the National Certification Authority of Kazakhstan.

Access to the databases is granted on the basis of a written request (download application form) from the authorized body in the field of the State Material Reserve, submitted to the Joint Stock Company “Information and Accounting Center”, designated as the Unified Operator in the field of State Property Accounting in accordance with the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 15, 2011 No. 802.
